This course is the culmination of work by many educational researchers. They have determined that there are specific areas in which new teachers, struggling teachers, and seasoned teachers want to try some new ideas that administrators and paraprofessionals should focus on to improve learning and classroom climate. We define what Evidence-Based Classroom Management (EBCM) is from the viewpoint of the researchers and describe why it is worth your time to study the critical component of EBCM. This Learning Path leads you through the critical components of EBCM and provides ideas for implementation of each one.
